Bobbi Brown Greige Collection Long-Wear Cream Shadow Stick

This month, Bobbi Brown launched the new limited edition Greige Collection, a collection full of gorgeous neutral but chic colours. Greige is a combination of beige and grey, neutral, kind of smoky and extremely wearable. Next to an eye palette, intense pigment eye liner, nail polishes and a new dual-ended eye liner brush they launched two lovely new colours of their Long-Wear Cream Shadow Sticks - greige and midnight. 

The beauty in the picture is Greige*, which is slightly more brown than beige and contains shimmer, which is more grey than beige --> Greige!  

Fun thing with these Cream Shadow Sticks is that they are extremely easy and quick to apply and look as if it took you some effort to achieve the final eye look. I just apply the shadow messily onto my eyelids and blend it either with my fingers or - as in the picture below - by using a fluffy eyebrush (in my case MAC 217). The product blends seamlessly and the shimmer distributes evenly too. After little time, the shadow sets and doesn't move for the rest of the day. And I really mean that! 

I think the colour is enough to wear on its own, it's unique and suitable for day and night depending on how you apply it. You might use it as an eyeliner too but I prefer to wear it all over my eyelids. 

What are the advantages of Long-Wear Cream Shadow Sticks? They're easy to apply, they stay on the whole day and are water resistant, they're available in shimmering colours but the shimmer doesn't fall down and they just look pretty. The product contains antioxidants and vitamin C & E, so it's even good for your skin. And that was enough to convince me! 

It's easy to remove with makeup remover without leaving any glitter or other residues.
