Heidi Klum proved her dressing up box is still brimming with jaw-dropping costume ideas as the supermodel excelled herself at her star-studded bash in New York City on Wednesday night.
The America's Got Talent judge, 45, slathered herself in green body-paint and channeled Princess Fiona from hit movie franchise Shrek, with musician beau Tom Kaulitz, 29, dressing as the famous title character ogre.
Going the extra mile, the couple not only dressed as the beloved Dreamworks Animations but even emulated their mannerisms and family set-up as they towed a pram filled with tiny ogre triplets down the black carpet. Not content with a mere slathering of green body paint, Heidi and Tom spent in hours in make-up and relied on prosthetics to ensure they looked uncannily like the movie characters. Ensuring she didn't shatter the illusion, the supermodel even replicated Fiona's ample bust and large puffy feet.
The German-born beauty sported the Princess' trademark emerald green gown and managed to find an exact embroidered replica, while Tom was picture perfect in his off-white shirt/brown vest ensemble. Heidi incessantly leaves fans in awe of her costumes and even teases her show-stopping Halloween looks for weeks before their debut. This year the star posted a Halloween countdown on Instagram in which she documented the flurry of costumes she has sported over the years, including Jessica Rabbit, the werewolf from Michael Jackson's Thriller video and a Heidi Klum clone. On Halloween morning it was time for the big reveal as Heidi shared step-by-step videos chronicling her extensive transformation, writing: 'Ok lets to this.... #heidihalloween #heidiklumhalloween #heidihalloween2018.'
